Troubleshooting steps for server installation.

Can't install WSSX file, extension WSSX is unknown

Try to install on another computer in the network or on the server.

The Add-In cannot be installed because it is not packaged correctly

This indicates a corrupt download. Please use another computer and download the wssx file again.
