Problem: 

The network scanner can't handle networks with more than 65535 nodes in a suitable time. Those networks typically use a network mask of 255.0.0.0. 

Fix: 

To avoid this message and to enable scanning, reconfigure your network parameters in your router and use a recommended network mask of 255.255.255.0 to speed up the scanning.
